Super Simple & Delicious!
I’ve made this for work functions and for patient group classes. All of the health professional staff rave about it. Patients loved it. It’s your turn!
- 1 large jicama, sliced into pencil-size strips
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 limes, juiced and zested
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine in large bowl. Chill and serve cold.
Yep, that’s it! Great for summer BBQs or to take for lunch to work!
