Asian Sprout & Cabbage Slaw
- 1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 6 large carrots, peeled
- 2 Tablespoons canola oil
- 2 Tablespoons sesame seed oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- Toasted sesame seeds, optional
- Cilantro, optional
Shred Brussels sprouts and cabbage in food processor. Slice carrots into thin rounds.
For dressing, mix all remaining ingredients. Toss with veggies. Serve chilled & garnish, if desired.
